Preparation
Sift 3g of matcha into a bowl, add 60-80ml of water at a maximum temperature of 80°C, and whisk in a "W" shape with a bamboo whisk until a fine, creamy foam is formed. Enjoy it on its own or use it as a base for lattes, drinks, and recipes.
